The service at this resort was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, providing a pleasant and relaxing stay. The location of the resort was also convenient, not far from Toronto and close to slopes and outdoor activities.
There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. The main restaurant was all booked and unavailable for dinner upon our arrival, and the alternative small eating area for skiers was overcrowded and loud.

Stayed at a slopeside condo with 2 families, plenty of space for the kids to play. Washer and dryer to dry wet clothes. Kitchen had basic cooking items. Provided with 3 keys and good parking. Despite a power outage, walkways were salted and safe.
Missing items like a lamp and stool in the bedroom. Only 2 dishwasher pods provided.

Fantastic Stay at a Resort
I recently stayed at a resort in Barrie and had an amazing experience. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The deluxe queen room I stayed in was perfect for my group of four. The room was spacious and clean, although it could have used more lighting. The resort had fantastic amenities, including clean and balanced swimming pools and a hot tub. The restaurant for breakfast buffet had a great wait staff and delicious, fresh food. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this resort to others.

We had a fantastic stay in a newly renovated slopeside condo this July. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had high-end touches throughout. The newly added man-made lake and beach were a hit with the kids, and they also enjoyed the zip lining and mini-golf activities. The ongoing renovations were not disruptive, and the staff were attentive and interested in our concerns. We loved the convenience of being close to the ski hill and had a great time overall.
The one restaurant nearby was not recommended due to poor quality food.

The staff was incredible, going above and beyond for our anniversary. The food was perfect, and my steak melted in my mouth. Our room was huge with a fantastic soaker tub. We enjoyed treetop trekking and ATV rides. Veronica at the front desk made us feel welcome and safe.
Hard to think of anything.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The rooms were recently renovated and absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed and the bathrooms were completely renovated. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the ski slopes were just a few minutes' walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Everything was great, no complaints.

Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the sunset views from the mini-golf course. The location was convenient and central to other amenities. The room was spacious enough for four people and had two bathrooms.
Our floor was noisy with constant slamming doors and loud voices in the hall. Also, the pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable with visible springs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities, such as the larger mini fridge and the huge shower, added to our overall convenience and enjoyment. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The location, right in the center of a fork in the road, was ideal for us as it was close to the slopes and the one restaurant nearby that we highly recommend, the Crazy Horse Grill. The complimentary ski rental and the Stay & Ski package were great deals that made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the energetic and fun snow tubing staff, as well as the 90's music playing in the hills.
Nothing all excellent.

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and always made us feel welcome. The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. We especially loved our server, who made our dining experience extra enjoyable. The resort's location was also perfect, with great opportunities for golfing and relaxing by the lake. There were plenty of family-friendly activities to keep us entertained. We can't wait to come back!
Although our overall experience was great, there were a couple of downsides. if you're visiting with young children, be cautious as the resort may not have the best customer service for families.
